Job Description / Responsibility
- Demonstrate proficiency in various technical tools and platforms, including but not limited to Google Workspace, Lead Generation tools, and CRM systems.
- Conduct research and identify potential clients, partners, or opportunities for business growth. Assist in lead generation and outreach activities.
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and files. Ensure data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
- Handle outbound calls with confidence and professionalism, utilizing effective communication techniques to engage potential clients. Proactively identify client needs, offer solutions, and drive interest in products or services while maintaining a friendly and results-oriented approach.
- Manage appointment setting with qualified prospects, ensuring effective communication, coordination, and follow-up to optimize meeting schedules and opportunities.
- Handle inbound customer queries smoothly and professionally.
- Handle administrative tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor of Science (BSc), Bachelor of Arts (BA), A Level
Experience Requirements
- 1 to 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- IT Enabled Service, BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Call Center, Business-to-Business (B2B) Software and Services Startup
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 20 to 35 years
- Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. The ability to articulate ideas clearly and professionally is essential.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues efficiently. Proactively anticipate needs and address challenges as they arise.
