Job Description / Responsibility
- We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic Customer Service team. The ideal candidate will act as a direct link between the company and our valued customers, ensuring that all inquiries, issues, and concerns are handled promptly and professionally. This position requires strong communication skills, patience, and a genuine desire to help others. - Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding products, services, and policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved.
- Collaborate with internal departments to solve customer issues efficiently.
- Stay updated with product knowledge and service policies to provide accurate information.
- Maintain service quality by adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate team or supervisor when necessary.
- Contribute to team performance goals and service improvement initiatives.
