Job Description / Responsibility

Job Responsibilities: The Head of Finance & Accounts is responsible for overseeing the financial health of an organization. Key responsibilities include:
Financial Planning & Budgeting
Prepare annual budgets and forecasts
Monitor budget vs actual performance
Financial Reporting
Ensure accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Comply with local and international accounting standards (e.g., IFRS)
Cash Flow & Treasury Management
Manage cash flow, banking, and investments
Forecast fund requirements and optimize working capital
Audit & Compliance
Coordinate internal and external audits
Ensure tax, VAT, and legal compliance
Team Leadership
Supervise finance team
Train and develop staff in financial systems and practices
Strategic Input
Advise top management on financial strategy
Support business decisions with financial analysis
Cost Control & Risk Management
Implement cost-saving measures
Identify and mitigate financial risks
ERP/System Management
Ensure efficient use of accounting/ERP software
Maintain internal controls and process automation.
Need must be tali prime software mantain to account.

Educational Requirements

Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Master's in accounting.

Experience Requirements

6 to 10 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Food (Packaged), Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread)

Additional Job Requirements

Age 30 to 40 years
Expert to operate finance & accounts department of company.
