Senior Executive - UD & Customs Bond (Commercial Department)

Job Description / Responsibility
  • Prepare and submit Utilization Declaration (UD) applications to the concerned authorities.
  • Ensure Dyes/Chemical/Salt use in UD and doing In-bond/Ex-bond.
  • Prepare & Issue UP from concerned authorities.
  • Prepare Import/Export Performance Statement and coordinate with relevant departments.
  • Verify HS Codes, follow up on Bills of Entry/Export, and maintain proper documentation.
  • Support Customs Bond Audit and UD teams with necessary documents and information.
  • Maintain regular communication with Customs, Bond Commissionerate, and other government offices.
  • Input and update bond-related data in ERP software (if applicable).

Educational Requirements
  • Honors/Masters in any discipline (preferably in Business)
Experience Requirements
  • 3 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Garments, Textile

Additional Job Requirements
  • Age at least 30 years
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Customs Bond, UP, UD processing and bonded warehouse operations.
  • Familiarity with government office procedures and documentation
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment- Proficient in Microsoft Office and email communication in English
