Job Description / Responsibility

Job Context:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Executive - Accounts to join our finance team. The candidate will be primarily responsible for maintaining daily accounts, handling banking transactions, and supporting the company’s financial operations. This position requires strong accounting knowledge, accuracy in record-keeping, and the ability to manage day-to-day financial tasks in a real estate business environment
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain daily accounts and financial records accurately.
Prepare vouchers, bills, invoices, and necessary supporting documents.
Handle day-to-day banking activities including deposits, withdrawals, cheque issuance, and bank reconciliations.
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Monitor and record all cash and bank transactions.Maintain petty cash and ensure proper documentation for all expenses.
Assist in budgeting, financial planning, and cost control.
Ensure compliance with tax (VAT/TDS) rules and support in preparing returns.Communicate with banks regarding company accounts, loans, and other financial matters.
Support internal and external audit activities by providing required documents and information.
Maintain confidentiality of all financial information and company data.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

Experience Requirements

At least 1 year
