Job Description / Responsibility

- Context:
- ARTNATURE BANGLADESH LIMITED. is located at Lot No. C16, BSEZ, Sonpara, Panchrukhi via Rupganj, Araihazar, Narayanganj-1460, Bangladeash and is engaged in the business of manufacturing, processing, exporting and importing of hairpieces such as toupees, wigs, wiglets and the like including hair accessories and ornaments, all makes and kinds as well as any all materials including human hair and synthetic hair supplies.
- Artnature Bangladesh Limited. is a subsidiary company of Artnature Inc. Yoyogi, Tokyo, Japan. To support our new plant at BSEZ, we are looking for candidates who are interested to join in the mentioned position and want to be a part of the company from it’s very beginning of operation in Bangladesh.
- Management will decide department (Accounts/ Commercial/ Material control) for the placement of the selected candidate.
- Job Location:
- Bangladesh Special Economic Zone, Araihazar, Narayanganj.
- Responsibilities:
- Accounts-
- Maintaining petty cash.
- Maintain organized records of all financial documents.
- Assist in processing supplier invoices, employee reimbursements and customer billing.
- Support bank-related activities, including deposits, payments and withdrawals.
- Assist in preparing periodic financial reports and statements.
- Commercial -
- Submission or collection of required documents from stakeholders.
- Assist commercial manager to prepare import and export documents.
- Maintain accurate commercial records and assist in preparing periodic reports on trade operations, cost analysis and vendor performance.
- Track incoming and outgoing shipments, update the team on delays, and ensure timely delivery of materials and finished goods.
- Material Control -
- Keeping record of material inhouse and issue.
- Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels of raw materials, packaging and finished goods.
- Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconcile with system records.
- Coordinate with production and other departments to understand material requirements.
- Follow up on pending deliveries and update the team regularly.
- Report any material discrepancies or damages to the supervisor.
- Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly material reports.
- Assist in cycle counts and stock reconciliation processes.
- Other tasks provided by the management.
Educational Requirements
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 18 to 30 years
- Good command of spoken English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel is must.
