Job Description / Responsibility
  • Job Description:
  • Billing:
  • Generate bills for diagnostic services (e.g., pathology, imaging, consultations).
  • Verify test requisitions and patient information before billing.
  • Coordinate with doctors, lab technicians, and front desk staff to ensure accuracy in billing.
  • Collect payments via cash, card, or mobile payment methods.
  • Maintain daily billing records and report to the accounts department.
  • Handle patient queries related to billing and clarify discrepancies.
  • Ensure proper application of discounts, packages, and promotional offers.
  • Prepare end-of-day cash reconciliation and submit reports to management.
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive financial data.
  • Roster wise Duty: 7 AM to 3 PM and 3 PM to 11 PM

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor/Honors
Experience Requirements
  • At least 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Hospital, Diagnostic Centre
