Job Description / Responsibility

Aurora Specialized Hospital, located in Kakrail, Dhaka, is currently seeking a qualified and dynamic individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager (Internal Audit). This position offers an opportunity to contribute to our healthcare services while working in a supportive and challenging environment.
Location: 19/1 Kakrail, Dhaka-1000.
Job Description:
Develop and implement audit strategies to ensure compliance with reputed hospital policies and regulations.
Conduct regular audits of financial statements, operations, and processes.
Identify areas of potential risk and suggest improvements to mitigate them.
Collaborate with department heads to ensure effective internal controls.
Prepare detailed reports on audit findings and recommendations.
Monitor and ensure the implementation of audit recommendations.
Conduct special audits and investigations as required.
Assist in the preparation of the annual audit plan.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
Provide support and supervision to junior audit staff as needed.
Possess knowledge of VAT, AIT, and TDS.
Understand BIDA regulations, IRC, LC, and shipment procedures.
Costing abilities of hospitals wings.

Educational Requirements

Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
Master’s Degree in Accounts from a reputed institution
Completion of Chartered Accountancy Course (CACC)

Experience Requirements

At least 5 years

Additional Job Requirements

Age 30 to 37 years
Minimum 5 years of experience in internal audit Based on Reputed Hospital Background.
Proficient in auditing standards and procedures
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to Cost analysis develop and execute audit plans
Proficient in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work in a dynamic and diversified working environment
