Job Description / Responsibility

Job Role:
Ensure Quality Assurance & Quality Control of Chanachur, Snacks, Biscuits.
Key Deliverables:
To analyze all Raw/PM & finished goods as per SOP.
To conduct physical, chemical and microbiological tests at internal or external laboratories.
Develop new test procedures and reagents for conducting tests.
Assist operations & all quality functions in tracking, documenting & reporting quality KPI's.
Good Knowledge on Chanachur, Instant Noodles, Chips, Puffed Rice, Lascha Shemai etc.

Educational Requirements

Master of Science (MSc), Bachelor of Science (BSc), Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry/Food Technology, Master of Science (MSc) in Chemistry/Food Technology

Experience Requirements

3 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG)

Additional Job Requirements

Good analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills;
Should have skills on testing, monitoring and reporting;
Good knowledge in Computer specially in ERP, MS Office, Internet etc.
Good command in Bengali and English;
Able to work independently, in a team and under pressure;
Should be self-driven, result oriented, hardworking;
High level of professional integrity and commitment to maintain confidentiality.
