Job Description / Responsibility

Responsible to develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance protocols to meet product specifications and customer expectations.
Overseeing the daily production schedule to ensure timely completion of orders.
Monitoring the production process to identify potential issues and make adjustments to schedules as needed.
Ensure that products meet required quality standards through inspections and testing.
Ensuring that manufacturing processes (inspection stage) comply with relevant industry regulations and standards.
Responsible for maintaining accurate records and documentation related to production processes, including standard operating procedures (SOPs)& policies.
Responsible for conducting QMS related external audit eg.ISO 9001-2015, ISO -14001, GRS, GOTS & others periodical audit & preparing documentation

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry, Master of Science (MSc)

Experience Requirements

5 to 8 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Chemical Industries, Plastic/ Polymer Industry

Additional Job Requirements

Age 25 to 33 years
Knowledge of the product to perform accurate quality control of PET Recycling Resin & others.
Attention to detail Analysis, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills to review systems, find flaws and pose solutions to those flaws.
