Job Description / Responsibility
  • We are looking for an honest man who is an animal lover and will look after the farm with sincerity. The job location is in the remote location of Taltoli, Aamtoli, Barguna, Barishal
  • The candidate must ensure the following:
  • Ensure day-to-day administrative work.
  • Should have basic knowledge about crop and vet.
  • Look after, Cows, Fish, Fish Hatchery, Chicken & Plantation.
  • Ensure achievement of the Monthly Budget.
  • Management of Daily Operations.
  • Supervision of Staff & Production Monitoring.
  • Cow Milk production monitoring and selling of the same.
  • Ensure the health of Cows, bulls, and calves.
  • Feeding and Nutrition Management.
  • Ensure that Fish production and hatchery are produced and sold on time as per plan.
  • Water and Environmental Management.
  • Financial Management & Reporting.

Educational Requirements
  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) in Veterinary Science
Experience Requirements
  • At least 4 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Architecture Firm, Fisheries, Farming, Animal/Plant Breeding, Dairy

Additional Job Requirements
  • Age at least 35 years
  • The candidate must be an animal lover responsible and honest who can represent the management by residing at the site.
