Job Description / Responsibility
- As part of the Quality Assurance Department, you are expected to develop and enforce quality standards for footwear products and services, ensuring they meet customer needs and industry regulations while continually seeking opportunities for improvement and resolving quality issues.

- Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure Footwear Industry standards.
- Identify and resolve quality issues, implement quality improvement measures.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the quality control function and working with production teams to implement changes.
- Collaborate with customer support team to address customer complaints, feedback, and inquiries related to product quality.
- Carry out quality assessment measures of all the products ready to be shipped and incoming raw materials.
- Reject all the incoming raw materials that fail to meet quality expectations and report the issue to the concerned department at the earliest.
- Recommend improvement measures to the production process to ensure required quality standards are met.
- Monitor the production phase at various levels.
- Questioning the nature of defects while providing future solutions.
- Attend to inspections on time and communicate with supplier in a professional way.
- Perform the inspection of the merchandise according with company procedures.
- Fulfill inspection reports according with company procedures and timelines.
- Complying with any and all standards, internal policies and legal regulations that apply to the finished product.
- Comparing finished products to original patents.
- Carry out any directives given by The Management, for betterment of the organization.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BSc)
- B.Sc. in Footwear/Leather Product Engineering.
- Quality Management or Related Bachelor Degree from any reputed institutions.
Experience Requirements
- 3 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Tannery/Footwear, Boutique/ Fashion, Healthcare/Lifestyle product
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 18 to 40 years
- Should have sound knowledge about all kinds of Leather Products.
- Proficiency in using quality management tools and software for inspections, reporting, and data analysis.
- Strong knowledge of footwear manufacturing processes, materials, and quality control methodologies.
- Excellent speaking, and communication abilities.
- Excellent time-management and organizing abilities.
- A creative mind with a goal and attention to detail.
- Capacity to collaborate and work autonomously.
- Strong logical and problem-solving abilities.
- Filling out and maintaining proper paperwork.
- Advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
