Job Description / Responsibility

Conduct and develop pre-formulation studies and reformulate product formulations to enhance product quality.
Identify and evaluate alternative sources for raw materials (APIs and excipients), including the preparation of raw material specifications.
Perform analytical activities and prepare samples, recipes, and annexures for DTL submission.
Manufacture product development (PD) and process scale-up batches, followed by technology transfer to production and QA.
Prepare and maintain batch manufacturing records (BMRs), process validation protocols/reports, and support stability studies for shelf-life extension.
Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), manage departmental documentation, and ensure formulation compatibility with machinery.
Prepare user requirement specifications (URS) for new equipment and schedule/manage ongoing stability studies.

Educational Requirements

Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm), Master of Science (MSc) in Chemistry

Experience Requirements

At least 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies
