Job Description / Responsibility
  • Context: ELC BD is looking for professional Teachers to join our English Language School.
  • Employment Status:
  • Full Time : 3 PM to 8 PM
  • Part time: 2/3 days a week
  • Job Location: Ramzannesa Super Market (Lift-5), Mirpur 12, Dhaka-1216
  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Conduct English language classes.
  • Create course materials and study guides in both print and digital formats.
  • Help participants improve their listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in individual and group sessions.
  • Assign homework and interesting exercises.
  • Monitor and evaluate the classwork and homework, and update the progress of students.
  • Ensure that the classroom stays orderly.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English, Master of Arts (MA) in Language
  • Bachelors / Masters having IELTS 7.5 (O/A background will be given preference).
Additional Job Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experienced teachers in the relevant field will get priority and their salary package will be a bit higher.
  • Must be fluent in English.
  • Experience in teaching in English Medium School.
  • High level proficiency in English Language.
  • Active participation in school events.
  • Training on teaching methodology will be added as advantages.
  • Stage Performance.
  • Debate.
  • Anchoring.
  • Must have an energetic, pleasant and engaging personality.
  • First or second language must be English.
  • Excellent English communication skills (speaking, reading, writing --- grammar, spelling, punctuation, etc.).
