Job Description / Responsibility

Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Bangla with clear/correct pronunciation·
Arrange monthly meetings; assist events like -parents meeting, CI meeting and other programs organized by the Centre.
Arrange and conduct UCMAS students’ class and CI training following UCMAS’ set curriculum and guideline.·
Monitor the progress of students and counsel & help them to improve·
Should be able to handle multiple tasks & Provide timely feedback·
Self-motivated, organized, well-disciplined and responsible like a true academic guardian·
Should be proactive and able to handle problem with amicable solution·
Willingness to travel frequently in order to inspect country-wide UCMAS Centers’ activities·
Maintain UCMAS Standards and up-keep the Centre premises complying UCMAS policy·
Provide quality Services to all visitors, parents and students with positive attitude and should have motivational capacity·
Play a vital role to increase students’ enrolment. Proactively attend visitors, students and CIs to keep them informed about UCMAS courses and services with adorable gesture·
Maintain targeted KPI on a regular basis·
Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision of superiors

Educational Requirements

Min graduate preferably in Child Psychology, Mathematics, English or Social science

Experience Requirements

1 to 2 years

Additional Job Requirements

Age 23 to 35 years
Computer literacy especially on Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop are desired.
