Job Description / Responsibility
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document ERP requirements across departments.
- Support project planning and execution during ERP rollout, upgrades, or module implementations.
- Coordinate with technical teams for configuration, customization, and deployment activities.
- Conduct functional testing, data validation, and end-user acceptance tests to ensure proper system behavior.
- Prepare training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users and department heads.
- Act as the first line of support during and post-implementation phases, addressing user queries and issues.
- Assist in data migration, master data setup, and integrity checks.
- Monitor usage and ensure adoption across business units through feedback and follow-ups.
- Provide detailed reports on project progress, user feedback, issue tracking, and enhancement suggestions.
- Ensure implementation documentation is up to date, including user manuals and process flows.
- Maintain clear communication between the development team and users to facilitate continuous improvement.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors, Masters
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration from a Reputed University.
Experience Requirements
- At least 4 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Telecommunication, Software Company, IT Enabled Service, Group of Companies
Additional Job Requirements
- Age at least 26 years
- Understanding of ERP workflows, business process mapping, and change management principles.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or industry-specific ERP (e.g., textile, garments).
- Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
- Ability to analyze data and translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions.
- Capable of performing effectively under pressure, including during extended hours or weekends when required.
- Proven experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple tasks or projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of SQL and basic software troubleshooting is a plus.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau for reporting and analysis is a plus.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, CBAP, or ERP-specific credentials are an added advantage.
