Job Description / Responsibility

Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, CCTV, and other IT equipment
Maintain and monitor LAN, internet, and Wi-Fi systems
Assist in email system setup, user accounts, and server-related tasks
Ensure company IT policies and standards are followed
Deliver clear and empathetic end-user communication and support
Provide Buyer's IT support during audits or visits

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Diploma in Engineering in Computer Engineering
Must reside near the office/factory area
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
Positive, proactive attitude with a team-focused mindset

Experience Requirements

At least 2 years
