Job Description / Responsibility
  • Job Context:
  • We are looking for highly self motivated candidate who can handle SEO & Digital Marketing operations smoothly. Need expertise in Digital Marketing, SEO, Social Media Marketing (SMM), Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads. Interested candidate are highly encourage to apply.
  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Conduct advanced keyword research and content optimization using leading SEO techniques.
  • Plan and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search visibility, ranking, and organic traffic.
  • Develop and implement result’s-driven social media marketing strategies across Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram Ads), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max), and LinkedIn Ads for lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Work closely with our graphics and motion design team to create engaging and high-converting content.
  • Write and schedule daily social media posts with creative, impactful, and audience-relevant captions, especially tailored for the real estate market.
  • Run Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max) for maximum ROI.
  • Leverage SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz for data-driven insights and strategy improvements.
  • Stay updated with the latest real estate marketing trends, social media algorithms, and advertising policies.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor/Honors
Experience Requirements
  • 1 to 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Advertising Agency, Software Company, Engineering Firms, Real Estate, Group of Companies, E-commerce
