Job Description / Responsibility

Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and networking issues.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
Maintain and monitor the organization’s local area network (LAN), internet, and Wi-Fi systems.
Support in the configuration and maintenance of email systems and user accounts.
Ensure IT policies and procedures are followed in line with company standards.
Technical support for ERP & Payroll Software

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Diploma in Computer in Computer Science & Engineering

Experience Requirements

At least 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Computer Hardware/Network Companies, Garments
