Job Description / Responsibility
  • We’re looking for a strategic and performance-driven Social Media Manager to take charge of our digital presence, drive audience engagement, and generate qualified leads through impactful social campaigns.
  • Reporting directly to the GM and CEO, this role requires a creative yet analytical professional who can align content, paid media, and audience growth with our broader business goals.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute high-impact social media strategies
  • Manage Meta Ads, Google Ads & performance-driven media buying
  • Oversee content, video, and graphic development
  • Monitor KPIs: traffic, engagement, conversions, ROI
  • Manage email marketing funnels and automation tools
  • Stay updated on trends, algorithms, and SEO best practices

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
Experience Requirements
  • 7 to 10 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Software Company, E-commerce

Additional Job Requirements
  • Age 28 to 40 years
  • 7–10 years of experience in SMM (B2B and B2C digital environments preferred)
  • Certifications from Meta/Google are a plus
  • Strong command of paid media, funnel marketing, and content strategy
  • Excellent communication skills (IELTS 7.5+ level or equivalent)
