Job Description / Responsibility
- We are looking to hire a talented PHP developer to manage our back-end services and ensure a seamless interchange of data between the server and our users. As a Senior Software Engineer specializing in PHP, the candidate must play a key role in the design, development, and maintenance of robust and scalable web applications. Leveraging your extensive experience in PHP development, you will contribute to the entire software development lifecycle and provide technical leadership. The Senior Software Engineer (PHP) is expected to bring expertise in PHP frameworks, database design, and system architecture to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
- Lead the design and development of PHP-based web applications, ensuring code quality, scalability, and performance.
- Collaborate with the architecture and product teams to implement new features and functionalities.
- Contribute to the entire software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
- Conduct thorough code reviews, providing constructive feedback to team members.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Provide technical leadership in the selection of tools, technologies, and development methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Utilize and enhance PHP frameworks (e.g., Laravel, Symfony) to develop efficient and maintainable code.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and updates in PHP development and recommend improvements to current practices.
- Design and optimize database schemas, ensuring data integrity and performance.
- Write complex SQL queries and optimize database interactions for efficient application functionality.
- Contribute to the design and evolution of the overall system architecture.
- Work with system administrators to ensure seamless integration with infrastructure components.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for code, processes, and configurations.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science Engineering from a reputed university.
Experience Requirements
- At least 3 years

Additional Job Requirements
- Age 26 to 40 years
- At lest 3 to 5 years experiences in relevant profession.
- In-depth knowledge of object-oriented PHP programming, and an understanding of MVC designs.
- Knowledge of PHP web frameworks including Yii, Laravel, and CodeIgniter.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies including CSS3, JavaScript, and HTML5.
- Understanding of object-oriented PHP programming.
- Previous experience creating scalable applications.
- Proficient with code versioning tools including Git, Mercurial, CVS, and SVN.
- Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Ability to project manage.
- Good problem-solving skills.
