Job Description / Responsibility

- As we expand our operations, we are looking for experienced and dynamic senior cyber security engineers to join our talented team of cybersecurity experts.
- In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring that the infrastructure of our clients is protected from sophisticated cyber threats.
- Responsibilities:
- Be part of a highly motivated team of SOC analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Develop and implement SOC policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Analyze security alerts and incidents, prioritizing and escalating threats as needed.
- Oversee the investigation and remediation of security incidents, adhering to established protocols.
- Manage and maintain SOC technology infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- Continuously improve SOC processes and procedures, optimizing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct comprehensive vulnerability assessments and penetration testing engagements.
- Design, implement, and manage advanced security controls and architectures.
- Analyze security incidents and implement effective incident response strategies.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest cyber security threats and trends.
- Provide technical guidance and support to internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain documentation for security policies and procedures.
Educational Requirements
- Diploma in Computer, Bachelor of Science (Pass), Master of Science (MSc), Masters in Information Systems Security (MISS), Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA)
Experience Requirements
- At least 8 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Software Company, IT Enabled Service
Additional Job Requirements
- Age at least 25 years
- 8+ years of experience in a senior cyber security role.
- Proven experience in managing a Security Operations Center.
- Proven experience in vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and incident response.
- Strong understanding of network security concepts, firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and security information and event management (SIEM) solutions.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Industry-recognized security certification will be preferred (e.g., OSCP, CISSP, CISA, CEH, etc.).
