Job Description / Responsibility

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Designer to join our team. In this role, you will conceptualize and create compelling visual assets that align with our brand and business goals. You should have a strong eye for aesthetics, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Translate concepts and ideas into visually appealing designs
Develop and maintain brand consistency across all visual materials
Create graphics for digital platforms (social media, websites, email, ads) and/or print materials
Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to execute design strategies
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas
Handle multiple projects and deadlines with efficiency and precision

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A)

Experience Requirements

1 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG), Advertising Agency, Design/Printing/Publishing
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Requirements
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD), Figma, or Sketch
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work
Excellent visual, verbal, and written communication skills• Attention to detail with a passion for clean and modern aesthetics
Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate quickly
Nice to Have:
Experience with animation/motion graphics (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
Experience working in agile environments or with product teams
