Job Description / Responsibility

Responsible to implement total clinical activities over telephone as per the guideline of the company.
Implementing patient communication and compliance strategies
Service delivery through good relations with patients, respect for the patient's right, good relations with colleagues; and observance of professional ethical obligations.
An adequate assessment of the patient's condition, based on the detailed history and report query.
To provide for appropriate investigations and appropriate treatment and to keep clear, accurate, medical records about the relevant clinical findings
Collecting of complete, reliable data and timely compilation of reports.
Content creation on different health topics, issues and diseases.
Timely updating CRM database after telephonic/video consultation.
Attending monthly and quarterly face to face and online evaluation, CME as guided by the individual company policy.
Timely and accurate recording of data in the patient database
Regular reporting of clinical activities to responsible team leader.
Completing other activities as per company need under the guidance of responsible team lead or manager.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)

Experience Requirements

2 to 6 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Software Company, IT Enabled Service, Call Center, Healthcare Startup
