Job Description / Responsibility

- Khokon Memorial Hospital, an expansion of M&J Group, is currently seeking a qualified and experienced Female Gynecology and Obstetrics Surgeon to join our team of dedicated professionals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care, including surgical interventions, patient counseling, and emergency obstetric procedures.
- Job Responsibilities:
- Perform gynecological and obstetric surgeries including C-sections, hysterectomies, Normal Delivery and laparoscopic procedures;
- Provide antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care to patients;
- Diagnose and manage gynecological disorders;
- Attend to emergency obstetric and gynecological cases;
- Collaborate with other departments for multidisciplinary care;
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure patient confidentiality;
- Participate in clinical audits and continuous medical education.
Educational Requirements
- MBBS with postgraduate qualifications (FCPS/MS/DGO) in Obstetrics and Gynecology;
- Valid registration with BMDC or relevant medical council.
Experience Requirements
Additional Job Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of post-specialization experience in a reputed hospital;
- Experience in laparoscopic surgery and managing high-risk pregnancies will be an advantage;
- Strong surgical and diagnostic skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team;
- Compassionate approach to patient care;
- Should have excellent English communication skill;
- Should have excellent skills in Microsoft excel and power point for reporting;
- Have positive mentality to adapt in any environment;
- The candidate should be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize them efficiently;
- Familiarity with labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements is important to ensure the organization operates within legal boundaries.
