Job Description / Responsibility

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Outreach
Identify potential clients in the healthcare ecosystem
Generate potential leads from hospitals, clinics, pharma and health tech
Research client background and tailor outreach accordingly
Client Pitches & Proposals
Prepare tailored presentations for different client types (hospital, specialist, clinic)
Work with the strategy team to co-develop proposals and pitch decks
Present and negotiate service packages with decision-makers
Sales Funnel Management
Ensure timely movement through outreach → pitch → proposal → closure
Maintain a CRM or Google Sheet to track leads, follow-ups, and conversions
Market Intelligence
Monitor regulatory and digital transformation initiatives in the sector
Track competitors, emerging trends in Bangladesh healthcare communications
Revenue Targets
Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue goals and client acquisition targets

Pharma/Hospital executive with good network and lead generation capabilities

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

At least 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Advertising Agency, Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies, Healthcare/Lifestyle product, Healthcare Startup

Additional Job Requirements

Age at most 45 years
Required Experience & Skills
Passion for developing the healthcare industry
3+ years in healthcare marketing
Strong network with doctors, hospitals, clinics, or healthtech firms in Bangladesh
Excellent presentation and proposal writing skills
Ability to pitch creative and strategic services with clarity
Fluent in English and Bangla (spoken and written)
Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM tools (Airtable, Notion, etc.)
Primary KPI
Proposals submitted/month: Min 4
Secondary KPI
Client conversion rate 10%+
Qualified healthcare leads/month
Monthly revenue target
Average client acquisition time
