Job Description / Responsibility

Deliver one-on-one and group therapy sessions based on patient-specific goals.
Utilize evidence-based approaches to address speech, language, and communication needs.
Provide support for patients with speech delays, language impairments, articulation disorders, and other communication challenges.
Adapt therapy techniques to suit the individual needs and progress of each patient.
Collaborate with lead therapists and speech-language therapy supervisor to conduct initial and ongoing assessments.
Gather patient history, observations, and relevant data to support diagnostic procedures.
Assist in analyzing assessment results to identify therapy needs and recommend interventions.
Work alongside lead therapists and speech-language therapy supervisors to develop measurable, individualized client goals.
Monitor and adjust goals based on progress and patient and family feedback.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and outcomes.
Stay updated with current trends and advancements in speech and language therapy.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc)
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Speech & Language Therapy

Experience Requirements

At least 1 year
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Hospital, Diagnostic Centre, Chamber
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
