Job Description / Responsibility

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales and growth targets.
Identify and pursue new B2B and B2C partnership opportunities, including hospitals, clinics, corporates, insurance companies, and doctors.
Plan and execute outreach activities like medical camps, seminars, and awareness programs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, referring doctors, and corporate clients.
Promote lab and diagnostic services to potential clients and partners through direct marketing, presentations, and proposals.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Work with marketing teams to create promotional materials and digital campaigns.
Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through follow-up and service quality assurance.
Manage and motivate the sales team to meet targets and KPIs.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management

Experience Requirements

At least 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Hospital, Diagnostic Centre

Additional Job Requirements

Age at least 35 years
Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles, with demonstrated proficiency in employee relations, recruitment, and compliance.
Strong understanding of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with diverse teams.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office suite.
HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is preferred but not required.
