Job Description / Responsibility
- As a WordPress Web Developer & SEO Expert, you'll need to have:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining WordPress websites using custom themes or templates, ensuring responsiveness, functionality, and performance optimization.
- Customizing and extending WordPress plugins to meet specific project requirements.
- Collaborating with designers, content creators, and other team members to translate business objectives into effective and visually appealing websites.
- Conducting keyword research and on-page SEO audits to identify opportunities for optimization and improved organic rankings.
- Implementing technical SEO strategies, such as optimizing site structure, meta tags, schema markup, XML sitemaps, and website speed.
- Developing and executing off-page SEO strategies, including link building, content promotion, and social media integration.
- Monitoring website performance, analyzing data from tools like Google Analytics and Search Console, and generating regular reports to track SEO progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
- Providing guidance and recommendations to internal stakeholders on website improvements, content optimization, and SEO strategies. Assisting with website maintenance tasks, such as backups, security updates, and bug fixes
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
Experience Requirements
- 3 to 4 years
