Job Description / Responsibility

Provide technical assistance for maintaining office computers, IT equipment and networking systems by performing regular checks to ensure smooth functionality and connectivity.
Installing windows, hardware and software troubleshooting.
Technical support to all toll plaza (as required).
Install, configure and maintenance of networking devices like manageable and non-manageable switches & routers (especially CISCO devices).
Hardware troubleshooting for desktop, laptop, pad, tablet, mac, iPhone , printer, scanner, and different types of IP devices.
Identifying and recommending new technology solutions.
Having strong critical thinking skills.
Performing any other task assigned by supervisor.
Having mentality to work under pressure.
Having mentality to provide support any time for any office emergency.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
Preferred Professional Certification: CCNA, MikroTik
