Job Description / Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of social media specialists, content creators, and community managers.
- Delegate tasks, set clear goals, and manage performance.
- Supervise content calendars, ensuring timely and on-brand content delivery.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media and digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and brand identity.
- Manage all corporate social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), including content planning, creation, publishing, and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, PR, product, and sales) to create engaging, relevant, and on-brand digital content.
- Create and maintain a social media calendar to ensure timely, consistent messaging across channels.
- Monitor social media trends, emerging platforms, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Utilize tools such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, and HubSpot to track performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
- Oversee paid social advertising campaigns, from planning and budgeting to A/B testing, optimization, and reporting.
- Manage influencer collaborations and partnerships when applicable.
- Stay current with digital marketing best practices, platform updates, and algorithm changes.
- Prepare monthly reports and presentations to communicate campaign performance and KPIs to stakeholders.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors, Diploma
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
Experience Requirements
- 3 to 7 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Software Company, IT Enabled Service, BPO/ Data Entry Firm
Additional Job Requirements
- Age at most 35 years
- 3–7 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on social media management.
- Proven experience managing social media channels and executing integrated campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Strong understanding of content strategy, community building, audience targeting, and analytics.
- Proficiency in tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Canva/Adobe Suite, Sprout Social/Hootsuite, and email marketing platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong eye for detail and brand voice.
- Ability to analyze data and convert insights into strategy.
- Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills.
