Job Description / Responsibility

Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Supervision:
Lead and manage a team of customer care representatives.
Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
Allocate tasks, set daily priorities, and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
Conduct team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and product knowledge.
Customer Care Operations:
Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints regarding product orders, delivery, pricing, and availability.
Ensure accurate communication of pharmaceutical product with pharmacies.
Oversee order processing, track delivery movement, and ensure timely delivery.
Maintain customer records and prepare regular performance and service quality reports.
Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Product development, Quality Assurance and compliance) to resolve issues.
Quality Assurance & Compliance:
Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and internal service standards.
Maintain data accuracy and confidentiality in all customer interactions.Support and manage product recalls, returns, and complaint investigations.
Process Improvement:
Identify service gaps and recommend process improvements.
Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and service efficiency.
Contribute to the development of customer service protocols and SOPs.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc), Diploma in Health Technology and Services in Pharmacy, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

Experience Requirements

4 to 6 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies

Additional Job Requirements

Age 25 to 35 years
Other Requirements:
Strong customer orientation and attention to detail.
Flexible to work extended hours if required.
Positive attitude with a continuous improvement mindset.
