Job Description / Responsibility

Office Hours: Monday - Friday
Job Responsibilities:
Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics.
Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
Must be graduated from any reputed university

Experience Requirements

At least 1 year
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Consulting Firms, Immigration and Education Consultancy Service, Group of Companies, Call Center, Immigration/Visa Processing, Technical Infrastructure, E-commerce, Artificial Intelligence (AI) Startup, Business-to-Business (B2B) Software and Services Startup

Additional Job Requirements

Age 22 to 50 years
This Job is all about communication skills patience & dedication.
6 months experience required in an international call center
