Job Description / Responsibility

Ananta Companies is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional with at least two years of working experience in Accounts / Finance to join our Finance Department at the Corporate Office in Uttara, Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
To assist in individual import bill-wise integrated posting in ERP
To identify discrepancies and support root cause analysis of import bill mismatches
To assist with WIP (Work in Progress) integration in ERP
To maintain accurate inventory records and support regular inventory reconciliations
To conduct material receive-issue reconciliation and perform financial impact analysis
To support inventory/stock report and live data reconciliation in ERP
To ensure capital and revenue expenditures are properly recorded in ERP
To record and check various financial transactions
To assist in financial audits and help implement audit recommendations
To perform any other task assigned by the department

Educational Requirements

BBA / MBA in Accounting or Finance

Experience Requirements

2 to 4 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments

Additional Job Requirements

✔️ Strong knowledge in Accounting & Finance, IAS & IFRS
✔️ Understanding of Inventory Management, Import & LC Procedures
✔️ Hands-on experience with ERP Software
✔️ Skills in Financial Audit & Analysis
✔️ Good communication skills in English (verbal and written)
✔️ High level of accuracy and attention to detail
