Job Description / Responsibility
  • Perform pre-audit and post-audit of all different kinds of bill vouchers to ensure compliance with existing policies & management approval of respective concerns.
  • Investigate fraud, discrepancies, or irregularities in financial activities.
  • Conduct production audits to verify raw material usage and efficiency.
  • Physically confirm all personnel of factory level for salary payment. Check monthly Salary and wages sheet & Overtime.
  • To be checked all kinds of incentives, Festival bonuses, employee benefits, arrear or unpaid salary and wages, leaves encashment bill.
  • Check new joining & migration workers' files Employees & worker’s attendance check & verification.
  • Review and verify accuracy of financial records, production reports, and inventory data.
  • Check Requisition, GRN, Stock Ledger, Gate Pass, Challan, Materials incoming & outgoing records to prepare report and submit to management.
  • Conducting monthly/quarterly/ yearly Inventory Audit at factory & prepare the inventory report and submit to management.
  • Check quarterly Fixed Assets register with physical existence as well as coding system.
  • Check all kinds of purchase requisition with bills and vouchers.
  • Maintain working papers and files systematically.
  • Develop and implement internal auditing policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather information and assess risk areas.
  • Preparing detailed audit reports and presenting findings to management.
  • Any other tasks assigned by the Management and HOD time to time.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor/Honors, Masters
  • Honors in Accounting/Finance/Management.
  • Masters/MBA in Accounting/Finance/Management.
  • CA(CC) will get extra preference.
Experience Requirements
  • 3 to 5 years
