Job Description / Responsibility

Responsibility :
• Involvement in academic development and school promotion activities
Maintain accurate financial records, including income, expenses, payroll, and student fee collections using accounting software and spreadsheets.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, budgets, and bank reconciliations in alignment with the school’s financial policies.
Ensure timely billing, invoicing, and fee collection, and follow up on outstanding payments in coordination with the admission and admin team.
Assist in audit preparation, financial planning, and compliance, ensuring all documentation is ready and transparent for internal and external audits.
Manage petty cash and operational expenditures, maintaining appropriate records and ensuring policy compliance.
Work closely with the school management, providing financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

Educational Requirements

Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting
Master’s/ 4-year Hons./Equivalent degree in the respective field (Accounting/Finance will be given preference).

Additional Job Requirements

Age at most 32 years
Age: Not more than 32 Years [May be relaxed for experienced candidates]
Candidates must be computer literate and fluent in English.
Prior job experience in an English medium school/educational institute will be given preference.
