Job Description / Responsibility

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Asst. Accounts Manager to join our team in a 100%export-oriented sweater manufacturing company. The role requires close coordination with the Commercial Department to ensure accurate financial documentation, cost tracking, and export,import-related transactions. Ideal candidate must have 5-7 years of relevant experience in the apparel industry.
Track and record every financial transaction related to Commercial Department activities.
Monitor and reconcile Master L/C, Back-to-Back L/Cs, and ensure accurate ledger entries.
Maintain day-to-day updates on export documentation, maturity, and realization status.
Ensure proper accounting of import and export bills, EXP forms, and bank charges.
Collaborate with Commercial and Banking teams for timely L/C opening, retirement, and payment follow-up.
Prepare aging reports and follow up on pending receivables from buyers.
Coordinate with Commercial for UD, GSP, and bonded warehouse cost tracking.
Handle regulatory financial compliance including VAT, Tax, and Audit documentation.
Assist with monthly closing, cost of goods sold (COGS), and profit loss analysis for export & import orders.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Commerce (MCom)

Experience Requirements

5 to 7 years
