Senior Officer (Accounts & Finance)

Job Description / Responsibility

Maintain and update daily financial records, including vouchers
Prepare and enter all bank journals, export, and import journals into the accounting software
Process invoices, payments, and bank transactions efficiently
Review and verify supplier bills and invoices, ensuring compliance with tax and VAT regulations
Reconcile bank statements and ensure proper documentation of financial transactions
Verify monthly payroll statements for accuracy
Assist with tax and VAT compliance documentation and reporting
Prepare reconciliations for creditors, tax, and VAT
Generate VDS and TDS challans and perform reconciliation
Prepare and submit withholding tax reports and monthly VAT returns
Support internal and external audits by providing necessary financial documentation
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Educational Requirements

Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Only CA (CC) eligible for this position.

Experience Requirements

2 to 4 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG), Garments, Overseas Companies
