Job Description / Responsibility
- Develop annual internal audit plans based on risk assessments and management priorities.
- Conduct operational, financial, compliance, and system audits across business units and projects.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of internal control systems and recommend improvements.
- Review financial records, vouchers, bills, procurement, inventory, payroll, and expenditure reports.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting key findings and suggesting corrective actions.
- Collaborate with department heads to implement risk-mitigation strategies and control improvements.
- Perform follow-up audits to ensure timely and effective resolution of identified issues.
- Liaise with external auditors and regulatory authorities as required.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure high standards of integrity in all audit activities.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance
Experience Requirements
- At least 5 years
