Job Description / Responsibility
  • Job Context:
  • Link3 is looking for a highly analytical and results-driven Assistant Manager/ Senior Executive – Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to join our dynamic finance team.
  • The ideal candidate will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and providing insights that support strategic decision-making across the organization.
  • This role demands strong business acumen, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to financial analysis.
  • Job Responsibility:
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions and scenario analysis.
  • Analyze variances between actual results and forecasts/budgets, providing explanations and insights.
  • Prepare monthly management and financial reports and dashboards highlighting key financial metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and understand business drivers.
  • Support senior management with strategic analysis, investment appraisal, and decision support.
  • Identify areas for cost optimization and efficiency improvement.
  • Monitor key financial performance indicators and financial trends to support continuous improvement.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reporting processes.

Educational Requirements
  • Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting
  • Post graduate degree in accounting or related field
  • Part qualified CA/ACCA
Experience Requirements
  • 2 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • ISP

Additional Job Requirements
  • Age 25 to 35 years
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in financial planning, analysis and reporting.
  • Strong proficiency in excel and financial modeling
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Accounting software
  • QuickBooks is preferable
