Job Description / Responsibility
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for poultry, fish, and cattle feed products.
  • Identify and onboard new distributors, dealers, and retailers to expand market reach.
  • Conduct field visits to farms, feed mills, and key clients to promote products and secure orders.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, distributors, and key accounts.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and reports for management review.

Educational Requirements
  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM), Bachelor of Science (BSc)
  • DVM (Doctor of Veterinary Medicine).
  • B.Sc. in Fisheries.
  • Or any relevant degree in a related field.
Additional Job Requirements
  • Experience Requirements:
  • 1-5 years of experience in feed sales, technical services, or related fields.
  • Fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge and communication skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong technical knowledge in animal nutrition, feed formulation, and livestock/aquaculture management.
  • Excellent communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and work in rural areas.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
