Job Description / Responsibility

The company strives to minimize its environmental impact and actively works to improve the lives of its employees and the communities in which it operates.Now, we are seeking a dynamic & energetic person to join us as “Assist. Manager/Dy. Manager (Market intelligence / Market Audit)”.The candidate has to perform lead a team of MI following responsibilities mentioned bellow:
- Check and report marketplace for evaluating sales performance also Visiting distribution points for compliance checking
- Collecting competitor sales activity information cruse checking and report.
- Continuous monitoring and investigation of competitor product pricing and business offers and based on that suggesting the pricing strategy of market.
- Evaluate and supervise the effectiveness of various retail & consumer programs and its implementation.
- Finding out Market GAP, Uncovered outlet, Retailers & Customer feedback about ABL product & services through communicating with FF’s.
- Responsible for SKU wise product availability analysis and reporting of ABL & competitors through market survey.
- Check and report for inventory management in various distributor point & depot.
- Check and report for Various trade program settlement work with team
- Monitor competitor’s continuous trade program and analysis various data.
Educational Requirements
- Masters in any discipline from a reputed university
- BBA/MBA major in Marketing will get preference.
Experience Requirements
- 5 to 8 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Food (Packaged), Beverage
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 25 to 40 years
- At least 2-4 years in similar post
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Manufacturing (FMCG), Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Group of Companies
- The candidate should have hands-on experience at market audit functions in FMCG industry
