Job Description / Responsibility
  • Conduct physical assessments focused on posture, movement, mobility, and strength.
  • Design and implement personalized exercise programs tailored to weight loss and physical rehabilitation.
  • Provide guidance on safe and effective physical activity for individuals with obesity or related health conditions (e.g., joint pain, lower back pain).
  • Collaborate closely with dietitians, fitness trainers, and doctors to provide holistic care plans.
  • Use manual therapy, stretching, and mobility techniques to improve flexibility and ease of movement.
  • Educate clients on injury prevention, ergonomic practices, and the role of exercise in sustainable weight loss.
  • Track and document patient progress, updating programs as needed.
  • Offer group sessions or workshops on fitness, movement, and body awareness.
  • Encourage and motivate clients to stay active and committed to their wellness journey.
