Manager/Sr. Manager/AGM (Recovery)

Job Description / Responsibility

Take responsibility of overall recovery management of the Group.
Be responsible for reviewing recovery process in a systematic procedure.
Plan, collect and ensure month wise recovery and deposit those in company’s account.
Take responsibility to meet the recovery target and report to the Management.
Ensure documentation of all collection related reports, work plans, and office correspondence.
Direct interaction with selected dealer/party in resolving receivables payment.
Coordinate Sales team to resolve the issue to expedite the collection effort.
Take the legal action procedure if necessary.
Any other assignments given by the management time to time.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Commerce (BCom), Bachelor of Law (LLB), Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Law (LLM)

Experience Requirements

8 to 15 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Trading or Export/Import, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Poultry, Farming, Agro based Startup

Additional Job Requirements

Age at least 30 years
For Manager at least 8 years experience in relevant field.
For Sr. Manager at least 10 years experience in relevant field.
For AGM at least 15 years experience in relevant field
