Job Description / Responsibility
  • The back office of an American agency (Cottage Homecare Services_https://cottagehomecare.com/)
  • On-Site Job: Rupayan Shelford Tower, Shyamoli, Mirpur Road, Dhaka-1207
  • Night Shift(6pm-3am_Monday-Friday)
  • Coordinator (Night Shift-6pm to 3am)
  • Schedule and coordinate client care services based on client needs and caregiver availability.
  • Conduct assessments and develop care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
  • Monitor and evaluate client progress and adjust care plans as needed.
  • Ensure effective communication with all relevant departments for cases.
  • Other duties will be assigned or as necessary.

Educational Requirements
  • A Level
Experience Requirements
  • At least 1 year
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • IT Enabled Service
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Job Requirements
  • Age 25 to 35 years
  • Fluency in English speaking is a must
  • Fluency in Hindi Speaking
  • Not mandatory to have college degree
