Job Description / Responsibility
  • Monitor, coordinate, and conduct field visits to ensure daily man-guarding operations in the assigned area.
  • Ensure compliance with operational standards, discipline, and duty punctuality of security personnel within the area of responsibility.
  • Recruit and source security guards to meet operational requirements.
  • Maintain and update guard rosters, shift schedules, and leave management records.
  • Respond promptly to any operational emergencies and ensure effective crisis management.

Educational Requirements
  • HSC, Bachelor/Honors
Experience Requirements
  • 1 to 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Security Service

Additional Job Requirements
  • Age 28 to 45 years
  • Must have Motor Bike with valid driving license
  • Relevant experience in security operations and personnel management
