Job Summary:
Innovators Services Ltd. is an international outbound B2B call center. We are seeking a friendly, hard-working call center agent to join our growing team. In this position, you will interact respond to inquiries in either the sales& marketing or customer service over the phone. You should be ambitious, results-driven, and goal-oriented.
Employment Status: Full-time (Night-Shift)
Job Location: Badda, Link Road
Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide services.
level/ A level/ HSC/ BBA background necessary.
Under graduation enrolled freshers with good English communication skill are encouraged to apply.
Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Communicate respectfully and politely with customers at all times.
Respect office rules and responsibilities.

Educational Requirements

Higher Secondary, A Level, Bachelor/Honors
