Job Description / Responsibility
- Responsibilities & Context:
- Handling Inbound and Outbound calls regarding customer queries and complaints, providing information and solutions effectively and professionally to ensure proper customer satisfaction.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure.Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good at meta-communication such as WhatsApp, WeChat, etc.
- Ensure monthly reporting by the department heads.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
