Job Description / Responsibility
  • Responsibilities & Context:
  • Handling Inbound and Outbound calls regarding customer queries and complaints, providing information and solutions effectively and professionally to ensure proper customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure.Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Good at meta-communication such as WhatsApp, WeChat, etc.
  • Ensure monthly reporting by the department heads.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

Educational Requirements
  • Higher Secondary
Experience Requirements
  • At least 3 years
