Job Description / Responsibility

  • Job Responsibilities:
  • *Sales Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
  • Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • *Team Management
  • Lead, train, and motivate the regional sales team.
  • Set sales targets for team members and track performance.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and sales training sessions.
  • *Market Analysis & Business Development
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Develop and implement plans to increase market share.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • *Revenue & Profitability Management
  • Ensure revenue and profitability goals are met.
  • Optimize pricing strategies and sales promotions.
  • Manage budgets and control operational costs.
  • *Customer Relationship Management
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Address customer concerns and provide effective solutions.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • *Reporting & Compliance
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.-Collaborate with other departments for smooth business operations.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience Requirements
  • 5 to 10 years

Additional Job Requirements
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in sales, preferably in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • *Skills & Competencies
  • Must have ability to build and manage own team.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • *Other Requirements
  • Willingness to travel within the region.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
