Job Description / Responsibility
  • Matador Plastic & Rubber Industries Ltd.

  • Job Title: Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager, Accounts & Finance
  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily cash positions and develop accurate cash flow forecasts.
  • Analyze current financial processes and drive improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Implement and maintain robust internal controls and risk management frameworks.
  • Lead and oversee physical inventory counts and reconciliation processes.
  • Prepare and ensure the accuracy of the monthly Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) report.
  • Guarantee the timely and accurate posting and reconciliation of all financial transactions.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Be responsible for ensuring the accurate maintenance of the asset register.

Educational Requirements
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting
  • MBA/Masters in Accounting
Experience Requirements
  • At least 6 years

Additional Job Requirements
  • Good Computer literacy is required in MS Office Packages.
  • Must be sincere, dedicated, and target oriented.
  • Organizational & time management skills.
  • Must be pleasant & good team player.
  • Must be able to work under pressure.
  • The incumbent should be self-driven & hardworking.
